AI Business Process Automation

Order, contact and deal syncing across systems, approval flows, scheduled reports and alerts. We connect the tools that don't talk to each other today.

The work that moves between tools

Business process automation at Sysmint connects the systems that do not talk to each other today, and it puts AI only where a decision is actually needed. Orders, contacts, and deals get synced. Approval flows run against the rules you already use. Reports and alerts go out on a schedule, to the people who act on them.

A lot of this work is not an agent. It is a reliable movement of a record from the place it is created to the place it is used, with a check that the fields arrived intact. We automate that movement first. Adding a model on top of a broken sync only produces wrong answers faster.

AI belongs in the steps where a person is currently reading, matching, or deciding. Matching an inbound order to the right account, routing an approval when the rule is not a simple threshold, or summarising a set of changes into the report your team already expects: those are the steps where an agent or a workflow earns its place. The rest of the process should be plain, inspectable automation.

Sync, approval, and alerts

Sync means a defined set of fields, a direction, and a rule for conflicts. If both sides can change a contact, we agree which side wins, or we hold the record for a person. We do not silently overwrite. Orders and deals follow the same pattern. The system of record stays the system of record.

Approval flows follow the path your team can explain. Who may approve, what they need to see, and what happens if they do not respond are part of the scope. An approval that nobody can reconstruct later is not an automation we will ship.

Scheduled reports and alerts are tied to an action. A report that nobody opens is out of scope until someone can say what they do with it. An alert fires when a condition you named is true, and it says what the condition was. It does not fire because a model thought the message sounded urgent.

How a process project runs

The discovery call maps the systems, the fields that must move, and the steps where a person is still the right owner. We look for the handoffs that fail when someone is out, because those are the ones worth automating. We also look for the handoffs that fail because the rule itself is unclear. Automation will not settle a rule your team has not settled.

The proposal is a fixed scope, with a timeline and a price. The build runs against the tools you use now. Weekly demos show a real record moving, a real approval, or a real alert, not a diagram of one. Launch includes documentation of each connection, monitoring for the ones that stop, and a handover so your team can change a field mapping without a new project.

GDPR and HIPAA requirements apply when the records include personal or health data. Access is role-based, and the automation can run on your own infrastructure. Connecting two tools is not a reason to copy every column into both.

What we need from you

We need an owner for each system, a sample of the records that should sync, and the rule for a conflict. For approvals, we need the path as it works this month, including the exceptions people handle in chat. For reports, we need the person who reads them.

If the tools have no API and no stable export, we will say what is possible and what is not. We would rather connect the two systems that can be connected than promise a mesh that depends on someone copying a spreadsheet.
